I was raised by a strong mother and I never felt like I had to be a role, you know, I was just me, who I am.
I always feel the desire to look for the extraordinary in ordinary things; to suggest, not to impose, to leave always a slight touch of mystery in my paintings.
Like many other women, I could not understand why every man who changed a diaper has felt impelled, in recent years, to write a book about it.
