I don't really want to retire. I intend to go on working as long as I can because I still have a huge amount of energy.
The big thing is hydrating the day before the race. I will have 20 ounces of water right when I get up in the morning the day before, and I'll drink throughout the day.
Sometimes I'll flip through a magazine and do a double take when I see myself in it, it's just crazy!
