Hitchhiking was such a pure form of existence. You'd wake up in the morning, and you'd have no idea what your day was going to be. And that's something I've never been able to shake. I loved that.
So without that Canadian invention we were grounded. And so that was a really important and key part of the mission and Canadians should take real pride in it.
I do always feel very proud and flattered by being asked to be a part of American productions playing American characters.
