Whenever the pressure of our complex city life thins my blood and numbs my brain, I seek relief in the trail; and when I hear the coyote wailing to the yellow dawn, my cares fall from me - I am happy.
I have a list a mile long of faults that sometimes bring me to my knees in self-hatred.
I also became close to nature, and am now able to appreciate the beauty with which this world is endowed.
