Whenever I run into prejudice. I smile and feel sorry for them, and I say to myself, There's one more argument for birth control.
A lot of times they don't want to hear it. But you know, if some good is done to you, you should pass it on.
I think that is where poetry reading becomes such an individual thing. I mean I have friend who like poets who just don't say anything to me at all, I mean they seem to me rather ordinary and pedestrian.
