I have a treadmill, and I work out with my trainer, Julie Diamond, as often as possible. She's so positive.
I hope in my books I help children to see their strengths, and show them I have some idea of what they may occasionally be going through. Especially at tricky moments when it is easier to go back and evade things rather than go forwards and confront them.
Once I got to the OTC they knew more about the physical aspects of shooting, and knew which muscles were more important to have trained and geared us a program around that.
