I still have the art projects my kids made for me 20 years ago. I cherish them, crude and silly as some of them may be.
My aim is for ripeness of form. I want to make my forms so full, so juicy that one could add nothing more to them.
During the day I force myself to at least eat some salads rather than rubbish, and a steak in the evening. In fact, I eat to basically satisfy my hunger. I hardly have the time to appreciate a meal, and I'm everything, but a gourmet.
