I'm very unphysical and graceless so basically if you save 10 people to be with you in a resistance movement, you would never save me. I'd be the last one.
I always find cardio the most monotonous. Running on a treadmill shows me why hamsters are so crazy.
Training is full-on. Some days I really don't want to get out of bed and hit that track again. Sunday and Monday morning sessions are always horrible. But who really looks forward to going to work on a Monday morning?
